Not using soap - Carpet after treatment is soft - not crunchy !

I would prefer to wait a week or two to see how the carpets come back. Nicole did a great job. Very nice and friendly.
After the cleaning, there was no strong perfume odor & the carpet looked really good, especially for as old as it was. We had the tile steam cleaned too, it was nice to see the actual color of the grout and tile! However today, when I went back to the house (it is a vacant rental home) I saw 2 spots I hadn't seen before and one room smelled like dirty socks. I'll be there again on Friday so hopefully, that one room won't be smelly.

It's absolutely amazing how my carpet looks brand new! I had high traffic wear and pet stains and odor. The representative walked through the house with me and shared options and answered all my questions. After selecting the treatments I was given a written price for the service. The zerorez representative worked magic on my carpet and my house smells so fresh! Thank you zerorez!!!
