Environmentally friendly, little residue on carpet, carpet was not "crispy" following cleaning

Great service. Tech did a good job, however, the tech said the carpeted room would be dry in 4-8 hrs, 24 hrs later still wet and had to put a space heater near the entrance to the room to get it to finally dry. There was a "miscommunication" of what the quote from the home show was going to cover versus what the technician said he was able to do for that quoted price, and ended up spending another $100 I had not planned on, but the carpet and floors turned out great in the end.
The technician was so friendly and thorough.
No chemicals to worry about for my pets. Carpet always looks great afterward and for a long time.

The cleaning product does not leave any residue that will pick up dirt later, and the techs work carefully around my furniture, doors and molding, protecting areas that might be

The quote over the phone was incorrect so I actually paid more than expected and there was a couple spots missed and the tech had an attitude when it was pointed out to him. Otherwise, the cleaning was done well and a lot of dirt and tough stains were actually removed.

Carpets came out very nice. So far none of the stains have returned. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. I like that the carpets were soft after cleaning , also they were dry in a short amount of time. I will definitely use you again .

Professional, great job cleaning carpet and tiles.
Cant believe how the Carpets came out. Several area especially where I sit had a Dark Area in the Carpet. With the pre-treatment and then the cleaning it all came out. Carpets look new. Will do it again in a Year.
