Very clean products and makes the carpet and tile look amazing!
I like everything about your products. However, wish you would consider option of helping to move furniture, etc. for additional fee for those of us whom are unable to and have no one that can come in and help. I know I would be willing to pay extra for that service as long as it was a reasonable amount.
Our technician Eric was extremely friendly, courteous and very informative with his recommendations. I would give him higher than a 10 rating if the computer would allow. I was also very impressed with the cleaning solution and purchased a bottle of it. I would recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you :)

The technician was punctual and professional. He explained the process for the cleaning and what to expect afterwards. Our carpets are older but they came clean and smell so much better. We suffer from allergies and really need a product that cleaned without harsh chemicals or odors. I'm very pleased with the results.

They cleaned my carpet very nicely and I could really see the difference, plus the cleaners were very nice and professional.
Wasn't to fond of our technician. He came in with a bad attitude, but got friendlier by the end. Also wasn't aware red orange and green stains wouldn't come out until after he finished and told us that, would have been nice to m is before hand.
I was so absolutely impressed with the results. We acquired two puppies over the last year and needless to say, our lives will never be the same and neither will our orderly and clean house. The carpet took a huge beating as we struggled with house training and teething. I honestly didn't think my carpets could look like new again, but they do. That being said, I thought the price was a big steep and I have some after the fact observations: 1. As Peter was almost done cleaning my carpets, he suggested I add the protector which increased the price he quoted when he first came in. I agreed to it but I am not 100% sure as to whether he in fact went through and applied that protector. I was busy with other stuff, but I really cannot remember seeing him come by some areas of the house after I agreed to the additional service. 2. My service was performed on a Saturday and he told me I would get a receipt emailed to me, so I guess I will not get an itemized bill until Monday. The paperwork that he left me does not include an itemization of the services and cost performed - I wish I had asked for something at the conclusion of my service so I had piece of mind instead of wondering. I was just so impressed and happy with the results, I lost focus.
