I have had zerorez out twice to clean the carpet in our home and both times the service was done fairly quickly and the employees were very kind and knowledgable. Stains that I think would never come out, you guys get out so quickly!

The service provided by Dustin Olkey was fast,friendly,and fantastic. My carpet looks new again,and I have lived there 2 years with multiple stains,ashes,and other grime that I could not get out and he did just that. I love it and the wonderful tips he gave me on maintaining a clean carpet.

Your service wasn't a "disappointment". I just feel it was average. The one thing that could be improved is I had my couch cleaned and the equipment that was used to clean it wasn't in the truck. We had to wait quite awhile for someone to bring that piece of equipment. That delayed the cleaning process. That kind of irritated me.
