Your technician was very knowledgeable and I liked the fact there is ni residue after cleaning the rugs.
Every time I use your company everyone is professional, you call like you say you will, and show up on time. The use of non-chemicals is awesome and highly important to us. You take care in making things very clean and not bumping the walls.
You were late to our scheduled slotted window time frame. your service group was very nice and helpful when I called to find out where your crew was. They also provided a discount which meant a lot since our other plans that day got cancelled due to the late arrival. your service tech was very apologentic an very professional through the entire service.
When I made my appointment, the quoted me $74 total for one room. When I got my bill they charged me an additional $40 for animal urine. The lady who booked my appointment asked me if I had animals, I said yes. She said is there urine on the carpet, I told her I wasn't sure, because my cat is always under the couch. There are no stains on my carpet and it's only a year old. She never mentioned it was $40 to do a special treatment and they never asked my permission to do it. Also the carpet smelled Aweful for 4 days after. It never smelled before that. It was so disgusting it smelled like mildew. This was my first and last time using Zerorez.
Fast and reasonable
Service techs were on time....very professional... and did a very excellent job cleaning our carpets! No messy soaps; no perfumy smells.. no extra charges. Would definitely recommend to others...
My only concern is/was... what the "heck" is the environment fee for/about?

This house was a rental for 3 years with a family of six children. Many small gum/wax/candy hard stain spots were completely removed. I am impressed with how good 16 year old carpet can look after this cleaning process. Thank you for such a great job.
Really pay attention to the details in floor! My floor needed help and looks much better, but there are still some darker areas on the grout that are bothering me.

I had some issues with pet odor in one room that was treated and took the advice of the technician to add a pet treatment to the carpet at an additional cost. After the treatment the smell remains and I feel I could have gotten the same result from any other company at a cheaper price. So I ended up paying around $160 to get 2 rooms of carpet cleaned since one of my bedrooms was larger and counted as 2 rooms on its own. A fair price if everything came out great but a little steep considering I can't tell the difference after the carpets have been cleaned. However the carpets did dry very fast so that was a plus.
