We like the fact that no chemicals are used to clean the carpets.

We noticed a enormous difference in our carpets using Zerorez as opposed to using traditional soap shampooing. The carpets are softer and stay clean much longer without the soap residue left behind. The technicians are professional and very careful to clean up afterward.

I love the fact that there is no residue in the carpet after it has been cleaned. It dries quickly and does not feel crunchy when walked on. Also, it seems to stay cleaner longer.

The process was very fast, very thorough, without any unpleasant chemicals. The technician was very professional and very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to find a way to protect the edges of the carpet from getting wet when you are cleaning tile.

I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez in the past with great results. I did not get the same results when I had my upholstery cleaned in my truck. It seems that the tools to do the cleaning are too large to get into the nooks and crannies which didn't enable a thorough cleaning. I most likely wouldn't use Zerorez to clean my vehicle, but would use them to clean my carpets.
