They are odor free and residue free. The technicians are very professional and within the time frame they have said they will be.
I feel the service was rushed, my carpets had spots left behind my husband was able to get out, it has been 24 hours and they are still damp. Overall I do not feel like they look clean and your no chemical approach was what I was most interested in but I am highly unsatisfied and will go back to the we have used in the past.
There is no chemical used so I feel it is much healthier not only for our small dog but for a couple of grandchildren that lay on the carpet all the time. It smells clean and IT LASTS! I do have the protestant sprayed on but even when I haven’t it has remained clean without any reoccurrence of soiled areas.

Phone reps were friendly, making appointment process a breeze! James arrived at our home on time and took the time to educate us on the cleaning and sealing process. It was nice to have someone so courteous take the time to do a good job in our home! We will be using your services again and intend to recommend zerorez to friends and family.
The customer service was really bad. The lady who setup appointment lied about cost and the original 1st tech guy was 30 mins late from time he was supposed to be at the house. I was very disappointed on the service we received on the front end. The 2nd tech guy was the best part of your company. He was very nice and helpful. He was the only thing great on this whole experience with you guys. Need to give him a RAISE!

I had my entire house cleaned, carpet and tile floors. I am happy with the carpet- the stains were removed and it looks, feels and smells better.
I have noticed in the few days since it was done that there are tons of cracks and holes in the grout of my tile that were not present before. I am certain they were not present because I clean my floor weekly and scrub the grout by hand. The grout coloring is better overall since the cleaning, but there are still some stains. But what I am most upset about is all the cracks, holes and missing grout that was intact before.
The technicians were very nice and professional. I am just upset that my grout seems to be damaged after the cleaning. I even paid extra for the sealant and protectant.
Service was exemplory,,Jake was on time very informative on the cleaning method. Carpets cleaned up beautifully. Will only use Zerorez from now on.

Friendly good work
When I booked the appointment they said they had a pet odor neutralizer for tile. The day of service the tech was 1 hour late. No one called until the last minute of the time frame. Then when he got here he said there was no such thing for tile. Really? That is not what I was told. Then he said it would take two hours to do the job properly. I had to leave, remember it was already 1 hour past my appt time. So I paid him and told him how to turn the alarm off before he started. My arm sends me a text when it is turned on and off , I received a text 45 minutes later that the alarm was turned off. What happen to two hours??? The tile is not clean and still smells so I have had other companies come in to quote it. They have told me the same thing, it will take two hours when I mention it was already done once in 45 min theor opinion is that is not clean. I have not had a chance to call bease your office is only open during my work tome. But someone needs to come and make this right on my schedule. My only other option is to dispute the payment.
