The product used to lift the dirt doesn't result in the return of soil in the carpeting. Each room cleaned looks great and there's no odors. James was the man who cleaned our carpeting. He explained the process, showed up early and completed our cleaning in an efficient way.

I like that the technicians are high class people. Amanda was especially wonderful, efficient and yet took the time to do things right. I appreciated that she took time at the end to explain some of the processes. Before I started using Zerorez, the technicians that came into my home were kind of scary and I suspected were on drugs.
I also like that you do not put soap into my carpet.

First time using your company love the concept of no chemicals and pet friendly. Carpets turned out good and tech was very professional and carpets were done in timely manner plus when I called I was scheduled and window of time was perfect. Will use company again!

After I use someone's services for awhile I might go higher - this was the second time to use.

If a house has pets with pet stains I think there should be one low fee added for pet treatment instead of per area. That way I don't have to choose which area of the carpet gets done and which area has to suffer when it's all one continously carpeted area. It's not always visible where a pet has soiled and I really needed the whole 3 rooms done but I had to pick and choose where because of the cost.
The technicians seem to do a complete job and are very friendly and will explain
things if asked. They also seem to be very careful in regards to the house and what
their doing.
