This is the second time I have used Zerorez and both times have been unsatisfied with the service. The technician is having to come back. Our carpets have just been skin cleaned and there was no extraction. My carpets were left feeling crunchy and no stains were removed or odors gone.
Very professional and done in a timely manner very careful not to scratch up furniture

I like the idea of your technicians not having to use any foreign chemicals (note: we know there are some chemicals in the water) whenever they clean my rugs and ceramic tile floors.

Very professional... There was a question regarding the stain, our tech made sure to make a call to find out exactly what method to use. The stain is gone and it was a great experience. Will definitely use Zerorez for our yearly cleaning.

Friendly, prompt and quick service. They took at least 10 years off the look of my carpet, making it look close to new. The daily stains for 8 years from the kids' juice cups, spills and dog drool are gone!

Clean carpets. Good workmanship, great employee.
Along some of the edges of the carpet in some spots the machine left strange marks that look like an animal was scratching the rug. Some of it rubs out but not all of it. Strange but not a huge deal.
