Luis, my Zerorez cleaner, was very professional and courteous.
Be on time when you say your going to be there.I waited like a prisoner in my home all day Saturday.My original schedule was between 8:00am to 10:00pm.I called at 10:30 and the guy says the technician stopped by and no one answered.Me and my wife were up eating breakfast at the kitchen table windows doors open no one stopped by.so then had to wait till times between 4:00pm to 6:00 pm.Work got done carpets great.Im not sure what happend to my original time.
Excellent and professional service from Jose of Zerorez. We also got the bottle of cleaning solution for the stainless steel appliances and for spot cleaning the tile.
The technician you sent out was fantastic. Very personable and helpful. Great representation of your company. Once the carpet dried, several stains resurfaced, which was disappointing. I don't think I've ever had stains reappear the same day. Was disappointing for the end cost and result. I've used cheaper companies in the past who I feel have done a better job. Maybe something was off with the machine yesterday.

My tile floors and grout are 13 years old, after the cleaning they almost look brand new! Skylar was my tech... he went above and beyond to make sure the floors came out looking their best. I feel that you have a great employee in Skylar and I will ask for him going forward!
There is no chemical smell and it did not leave my caret crunchy. Carpet feels new and has no smell. My grout on my tile floor looks new again just as it did 14 years ago.
Our technician was so knowledgeable, he really took the time to walk us through all the products. He kindly shared the blue booties with our two year old, who loved them:) We're Zerorez customers for life!

More information on cost upfront. Other cleaners do it by square foot cleaned not square foot of the room. There is very little space to clean in my LR/DR as there is large furniture and an area rug. I was charged an additional $46 than I was quoted.
