Customer service and carpet cleaning
The technician check my grout on my tile . The technician was up front of blemishes on my grout . They did a good job I was impressed I will recommend them. The Mosley family.š

Carpet was crunchy even though I was led to believe it wouldn't be by Zerorez advertising. Carpet, however, is clean!
The service associate was great. No problems with him or his work. What I have discovered however is that the carpeting no longer has a soft inviting feel. It is stiff and harsh to the touch and underfoot. I donāt know if this is a result of the specific chemicals used, or is characteristic of the process. I donāt know if it will go away over time or not. But while the process definitely removed the dirt, the resulting feel of the fabric is unpleasant.
Simple! Your WATER and equipment do what you say it will do. We've used you on 3, maybe 4 different occasions, and the carpeting always comes out excellent; i.e. especially the hallway which, guess wh gets the most use. Be sure, when the carpet needs cleaning again guess who we will call.

I like that the process does not use harsh chemicals, that it is environmentally and pet friendly .
Zerorez is great about setting up appointments, gathering information. and keeping customer updated on arrival for service. Technicians were friendly and efficient. They did a thorough job in a timely manner. Our carpet turned out great!

The tech that came out was friendly and did a pretty good job. The carpets look good, but I was not pleased with the results of the tile.
There were shoe prints and tracks from the machine with the knobby roller.
I am not sure if that is normal or not, but it is not what I expected for over $700 worth of service.
Best technician I have ever had!
The Zerorez team of Wally and Jennifer arrived on time for the appointment I scheduled to have our tile shower thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the installation of new shower doors. We also planned to have the bathroom Travertile floor cleaned. When I saw the fantastic job they had done on part of the floor I asked them to clean the entire apartment and 3 rugs. We are so pleased with the way the work was done! Today a neighbor stopped by to take a look and remarked that the floor looked brand new! And, indeed, it does!

My carpet is dry and crunchy!! Called customer service and was advised to vacuum which I did prior to calling!! Iāve had your service before in different state an this was not the case! Next time Iāll use Chem-Dry
Zerorez's customer service is outstanding. Their visit earlier this week, the fourth year in a row, went very smoothly. We were notified prior to the crew's arrival, the two men were polite and very respectful of our home while working on the carpets. I will definitely hire them again next year and have, and will continue to, recommend them to anyone interested in doing business with a company that provides excellent work and customer service.

Technicians were very professional and well versed in ZeroRez method of carpet cleaning. They took time to explain each step they would be doing. They demonstrated how the cleaning was going during each step. They arrived on time and were very efficient in getting the carpets cleaned. The carpet looked very nice after it had been cleaned.
