A little on the high side as far as price. But I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. Jr, our carpet cleaner, was very nice and helpful.

Our experience with Zerorez was amazing. I truly didn't think we would be able to get a few of the stains out that we had on our carpet but they are completely gone. We were extremely impressed with the gentleman that serviced our home, he had great communication skills, was very respectful of our home and just great overall! We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future!

Our technician was extremely friendly, and the carpets looked much better while they were wet, but over 24 hours have passed, and they still aren’t completely dry. Several areas have dirt discoloration where they are almost dry.

Service was very quick and thorough. Technician was very nice, friendly, and explained the service. I booked online and wish they would give you a quote based on square footage instead of “rooms”. 2 rooms costs what the website said three rooms would. Overall I’m very satisfied, my carpet looks like new.

You do a great job on the carpets . Most importantly you worked around my schedule. Sometimes service companies forget that their customers also work , so when I scheduled the appointment the lady taking my call was great fitting my needs into the appointment.
I called in the morning and they had someone in my home within 2 hours. Wonderful service.
Not having any chemicals to clean the carpet is very good. The carpet looks great and it never feels gritty crinkly because soap is not used. The people have been pleasant to work with. I have used Zerorez many times and I’ve been pleased with their work. I learned of Zerorez from a Radio announcer on KFYI. Thank you

The tech was really nice and professional. How ever for $200 after the floor dried it was crunchy and smells like pee in some areas. This was a house we just bought not sure about the carpet history but it didnt smell before.

There are areas of my carpet that could have, AND should have gotten cleaner. I have had carpets cleaned before zerorez did them and those areas came out cleaner.
