Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. On time, they call to let you know exactly what time they will be there. My carpets dry fast, and there is no residue after they are cleaned. Zerorez is the only company I will use to clean my carpets. Thank you Zerorez.
The first technician did an absolutely horrible job. Every room was only moderately improved, one closet was missed despite explicit instructions, and all of the carpet was crunchy. Even the second technician that was sent out acknowledged that virtually every room was rushed. The second technician, Chris, had to redo the entire house. That said, Chris did a fantastic job. He made every room in the house look exactly how I was hoping.
Always friendly service and love their nontoxic cleaning solutions.

I've had my rugs cleaned for 50 plus years and I have never had them so wet when the agent was finished. Cleaned well but that is the only good part. Will not be recommending this type of cleaning to any friends.

A very good experience throughout resulting in a clean carpet. I feel like my money was well spent.

Hi. The young man that came the 1st time in the morning was a sad representation of your fine company. He did not do a good job cleaning our carpets, which was a big disappointment as last time we used Zerorez we were so impressed. I am glad we called and complained as the next young man that was sent out, Trey was phenomenal. He did an outstanding job and managed to literally turn our sad carpet into something that we are very happy with now.
