I called a week in advance, couldn't get a schedule time until Friday.
Got an afternoon appointment, then they were late.
Zerorez called to let me know and offered a discount rate for being late, and the Tech wasn't told, so he had to call it in to verify.
Still tipped the guys for the work.

I've heard your ads for some time on the radio. I get you use special water, but you are pricey. I think you should not charge for hallways and closets when room sizes are far below the 250sf max. Otherwise service was great, Thomas was awesome.

I love Zerorez and have used you for years. This last cleaning isn't really up to par. The edges of the area rug seem a little dingy/dirty.
