Service was excellent! Carpet loooks great. Very pleased!
Very impressed with the results! Have tried a few different carpet cleaning company's and have not called them back. Have been thinking of calling Zerorez for a while. Finally I did. Carpets are clean, carpets look clean! They had to scrub some stains, but they came out! Technician had a lot of knowledge about carpets in general and cleaning them! Carpets look really good!! I will call them next time I need carpets cleaned!
Travis is the BEST! My carpets look fantastic! We just moved here and thought we would give you guys a try before replacing my carpets. I’m so glad I made that choice! My carpets look wonderful and smell so clean! Travis did such a good job of explaining everything to us and was so considerate of my youngest child who is autistic. I’ll definately use you guys again!

Our carpet cleaner was very professional, he also let us know about potential issue our carpet might have before hand. The foot booties are a nice touch, while walking on the wet carpet. What we liked the best was that it zerorez did not leave a dirty water smell after the carpet cleaning was complete.

I’ve used you before. And I don’t know if it was bc I was the last appointment of the day, but the tech was very quick compared to the last few times. The carpets did not look as clean as in the past and the were crusty when dried.
I would have given zerorez a 10 and recommended them to everyone. This time no so much.
He couldnt get traffic pattern out, or a stain in another room.

Zero Rez called to tell me the tech would be here earlier than the scheduled time but he didn’t show up for another hour. Then he argued with me over what was considered 3 rooms and went back forth about charging me the foot for my loft upstairs. I was getting the loft and 2 bedrooms done like I did the first time I used zero Rez. He finally agreed to counting the loft as a third room, but said I do not show as a returning customer. This was in fact the second time I used zero Rez. When he finally goput started it only took him 15 minutes to complete the job. Is that right ? Should it only take 15 minutes to clean 3 rooms.? There were spots left that I thought the cleaning should have picked up.
