Every time zerorez does my carpets there is always a path or a section that looks not cleaned. The next day or two I will use my carpet cleaner and all of the spots disappeared.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and also able to change the time slot the day before the appointment. The technician notified me that he was on his way. The technician was polite and very organized. He asked me if I had any questions and explained the process to me in a very professional manner. My area rug is now VERY CLEAN and my showers sparkle. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I am always happy with the experience. The technician that was here - Damian - was awesome. Polite, thorough, great communicator, great with my dogs - just overall a wonderful person. I would get the service again solely based on him. The end result of clean, non-sticky, soft carpet is an added bonus. Thank You - and next time I'll be requesting him.

Excellent technician, good service
The technician, Matthew, was prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. I appreciated his great service! I’ve used zerorez several times before and I won’t use any other cleaning service. I love that no chemicals are used. My home looks, feels, and smells sparkling clean!
Joshua , our technician, was excellent. He shared an overview of the process, was careful in the placement of corner protectors, worked quickly yet thoroughly, provided us with slippers, a final walk-through and explanation of drying time. Thank you!
