On time and fully prepared to complete the job. Sam was a great representative for the company. The carpets came out much better than I expected.
Not sure. The house was 2300 sf, the guy was there 1 hour and I asked for serious deodorizing and I do not feel that there was ANY done. Someone told me after I ordered through you that you don't do deodorizing?? If that was the case, I would have used another service. the carpet is only a year old, the previous tenants had a dog, it smells so strongly of dog I can't figure out what to do. I was hoping your cleaning would have done it but it hasn't. Not sure what to do next.

This is probably the third or fourth time you have cleaned my carpet. There’s areas that don’t even look like they’ve been cleaned. The master closet was skipped altogether. I’ve been very happy in the past. But not this time.
The carpet looks great.
The tech was great but I had to have him do the job twice to get it fairly clean. Looking at other options for the future.
