Rushed through the job and the quality of cleaning was inconsistent through the job. Some areas after dry were still visibly not clean.
I paid to have my bathroom tile grout cleaned and I don’t believe it was done. The grout is still dirty.

My carpets don’t look any different than before they were cleaned. The cleaning was done by 11:30 am yesterday but the carpets are still damp today. We have had fans going and even opened the windows all day for air flow. Because of that I don’t think water was taken out of the carpets properly. I was hoping for a fresh clean scent after the carpets were done and it just smells damp.
In one room, my teenage sons room, he had eaten something in there (which isn’t allowed but teenagers) and had a very small drizzle of sauce on the baseboard and a tiny bit on the carpet which is still there after the cleaning. While I can easily spot clean it with water and a cloth it’s shocking to me that something so obvious was missed.
Super disappointed after spending $700.00.
