Your rep was excellent
First off your technician was Great! He was friendly professional and did his job very well. The carpets look good. My disappointment is mainly in the price of the tile cleaning. I would have expected to be “wowed” by the results for the price it cost. But it mostly looks like it was just an average cleaning. For the cost I could have purchased my own steam cleaner and done the same. And would have had it for the future to boot! I guess based on your great marketing I just expected so much more than any other professional cleaner.
I have been using Zero Res for the last 10 years. They do a thoughtful and spectacular job. The techs are personable and efficient. On time and professional job. Try them once and you’ll be a customer for life.
We are very satisfied with ZeroRez. The process was very satisfactory as was the representative. We have had ZeroRez clean our carpet previously, and will probably use them in the future.

I appreciated the information my technician gave me. I had some bad pet spots and he gave me information and advice. I went with the extra special deep treatment and the smell is now almost gone. I would say about 90% but if you get down on the floor and smell you can still smell it. So not perfect but very close. Thank you Michael C.

On a positive note, I was more than pleased with the technician, Joel, and his diligence and effort. The scheduling and communication from the office was prompt and very good. The one concern I would have is pricing. I am content with the final billing which was on the high side. The amount included several discounts applied and without them the cost would be an issue when compared with other services although they are less professional.
Excellent work, done fairly quickly. Very pleased with the results.

Zerorez was on time, very professional, and they made our carpets look like brand new! We love that they don’t use harsh chemicals on the carpets and they leave them smelling fresh and clean. We highly recommend them and will be using Zerorez for all our carpet cleanings!
Service and everything was great! The tech tried to come an hour early this time though which I wasn't prepared or home for but luckily was able to get in touch with dispatch to send him back out. The only thing I really wish this tech did that others have done in the past is wear the shoe covers when in the house. Wearing dirty shoes and walking on floors that were just cleaned is a bit counter productive.
Scheduling was quick and easy as usual and so was the service. I will continue using ZeroRez in the future when I need my tile done.

We are a Doctors office so I really like that you don't use chemicals that could irrate our patients.
Communication. We received a call a little after 12 that the tech would be at our house within 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into 2 hours. I finally got another call that a new technician was on his way. You did credit my account $100 for the inconvenience
The person who did our rooms was very nice and explain everything to us and how zerorez works. I highly recommend anyone to use zerorez our rugs came out beautiful, and had a nice citrus smell to them. Also they like new rugs again. Thank you Marie
