I found it difficult to do business with your company in terms of scheduling. When I needed to cancel I sat on hold for twenty minutes and when I reacheduled my appointment was moved without my agreement and then I still had to rush home since the tech was over and hour early for the earlier appointment that I didn’t want.

I use Zerorez because they do not leave any odor and my tile floors and carpeting are left clean without any cleaning solvent scent. My husband has COPD so this is very important to us.

I requested a time for the appointment and was told there would be a two hour window. Somehow, I ended up with a 30 min notice. The carpet was cleaned on Sat am. It’s Monday, there are still damp areas after being dried with the addition of a fan over the weekend. I still smell urine in two of the rooms cleaned. I think I just expected something better.
