Your Tech was great. Only thing is he did not call 15 minutes before arrival. He was here just after the time window. He was very professional, courteous, and went to work right after a short talk about what we wanted done. I have cleaned carpet myself in the past and I was impressed by the equipment and time spent on this job. He was done in about an hour and there was a big improvement. I would absolutely recommend ZeroRez to anyone and I would use them again.
Jeff ( our technician ) gave us the information we needed to help us make the right choice. He did a great job not only on the carpets, but also on the recliner that was in desperate need of cleaning!! We have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to use you in the future!

Abraham arrived on time and quickly got to work bringing my carpet back to near new condition and now I wish I had the whole house done while he was here although only the heavy traffic areas were cleaned. Will definitely have them back to do the rest of the house and try out their tile cleaning/sealing service.

I love the way our carpet looks like new and the 'dirty' patches don't return like when we've had other companies clean our carpet.
Very reasonable prices, great and friendly customer service. My carpets were cleaned fast, I have four German shepherds playing on them, and the water that is used to clean is awesome! Got a couple gallons for myself.
