Great job! The carpet looks fantastic, even the high traffic areas.
I have been disappointed on both of the last two attempts to clean our carpets. I really think ole soap and water would have done a better job in getting the carpet looking cleaner. We have used you several times with our rentals and the first few years you performed great but not so much lately.
They tech was honest about the stains and spots and the potential results.
Easier to make his schedule send two man teams to help with the furniture truck insurance

I loved that the carpet wasn't soaking wet and dried quickly! I also loved that the technician used equipment that sucked up specifically where my dog had peed as to take out the smell!
No chemicals & quick drying of carpet. I also feel comfortable with the employees being in my home.

Most thorough clean my rugs have ever had. No chemical smell. Technician super careful, protected my furniture and didn’t track water and cleaning solution thru my house. Will use Zerorez from now on.

Made appt for later in day cause I couldn’t do early am. Guy came early anyway. Left a vm I learned later, asking to come early, but I never called back to say yes.
I paid $350 to end up shampooing my carpets myself a few days after your svc.
Guy stayed a really long time so I appreciate his hard work. He is thorough. But I paid $350 under the impression this was necessary to get rid of the recent minpin pee spots. My room smelled more like urine after. And kids room that was also treated with the expensive urine remover also still smells.
So I shampooed the spot in my room myself 2 days later- tons of brown water pulled up. Less smell. So I feel I got ripped off.
