I have been using ZeroRez or many years now and every technician that has come to my house has been prompt, courteous, helpful when asked questions and has always done a wonderful job. This latest carpet cleaning was no exception. In a conversation with tech Matthew I learned that ZeroRez does grout cleaning and sealing which I was researching to have done. He made a phone call and the hard surface tech was able to come to the house upon finishing up another client. Tommy was wonderful. He took his time with me showing me photos of the jobs he’s done and picking out a color. He and another tech got to work and did a wonderful job. I had all of this done in 2 1/2 hours. Did I mention the price was very reasonable!!

Tech did a great job

Technician was very nice. The high traffic paths in bedrooms could have been done a bit better. I waited til next day when carpet was dryer to inspect and it was noticeable that those were high traffic areas. I’m hoping the apartment complex doesn’t charge me to have it redone.

The service personnel are thorough and very professional. We had pet issues, so the cleaning was a bit challenging. The carpets are super clean now and there is no residue or a chemical smell left behind. The carpets dried quickly. We are very happy with the service of Zerorez!

The last cleaning I had was absolutely horrible. The technician forgot to clean a room. I had to ask him to clean it before he left and he had a very visible attitude about it. The carpets were also crunchy and didn’t seem wet at all. I’ve purposely used your company because the carpets are left with a crunchy feeling after cleaning. I will not be using ZeroRez again.
