Very knowledgeable crew. They did a great job on old carpet. They explained everything. Even old carpet looks great. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Zerorez!

I had all my vinyl floors cleaned for $300 and I found issues I have taken video and pictures of spots missed. I will not be using zerorez again

Very friendly serviceman. Did a great job. My only complaint is that he said the carpets would dry in 2-4 hours and faster with the fans on and opening the windows. Did that and the carpet wasn't dry until the next morning
I have recommended Zerorez in the past.
I was not happy with this last carpet cleaning and pet odor extraction. The odor appears to be stronger. I've been a long time customer, I don't mind the cost of cleaning with extraction if I get results!
