My carpets look great. They reflect the excellent work ethic and experience and competence of the technician who worked on them. Matthew communicated with me from before he even arrived. He explained the ZeroRez process and updated me each step along the way. Matthew works hard and takes great pride in his finished work. It is a pleasure doing business with Matthew. Our technician, Joshua, was a terrific carpet cleaner! He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, professional and a friendly person to have in our home for several hours. He made our carpets look new again! I wouldn’t use anyone except Zerorez in the future.
I moved the couch and chairs into the center of the room prior to the service. I discussed this with the tech and offered to move them when he was ready. They were never moved leaving large stains in the middle of the living room. I wish we would have left everything in place if the plan wasn’t to move anything.

I like the fact that the technicians are professional and courteous. I like that less water is used in the process so the carpet dry's faster.
Isaac was the person who cleaned our carpets. He was friendly and called me to say he would be here in 20 minutes, and he arrived on time. He went over everything we wanted done and then did a wonderful job. I would recommend Isaac and Zerorez highly!
Very little dry time after cleaning
My carpets were left very wet. In the past when the technician was complete, the carpets were damp, this time soaking wet.
The service was terrific. Zeke was our service person. He came on time, was friendly and professional, did a great job (our carpets and chairs look like new) and I would highly recommend him. The carpets and chairs dried as expected with no residue. I have already recommended your company (and Zeke) to neighbors and friends.
