The non traffic areas came out clean. I was disappointed that the traffic areas while cleaner did not come as clean as I had hoped. I will have to rent the Bissel cleaner from Lowe's to go over again
My carpets need to be redone or my money refunded. I do not want the same person back. He said he got all my stains out and they are all still there.

Great Customer Service Bad stains in my carpets are gone.
I have used Zerorez services for several years - carpets are cleaned beautifully with not leftover residue to collect dirt. Process is expertly performed by well trained technicians. I purchased extra solution for any accidentally carpet spills and are experimenting with cleaning our coated garage floor - excited to see if it works.
I've always respected Zerorez and the work they do. BUT the last time I was told I would have the same tech as before and it wasn't. The tech spent more time telling me what he couldn't do. I was able to clean the carpet better on my own after he left. Keep in mind, the home was vacant both times as I try to make the job as easy as possible.
Zerorez, and particularly Joshua, was punctual, thorough and a delight to have in our home. These guys are the only ones I ever call :-)
No residual chemicals and carpet dries quickly
