Extreme dust all thru the house after the job. Dust balls all over the floor. Lots of cleaning up after they left. The blue covers for the vents were loose and blowing the debris in the home.

Your tech did not tell me that he was not going to move small pieces of furniture. This left dirty areas in two of the three rooms we had cleaned. Very disappointed, no interest in recommending your service

The technician that cleaned my home knocked a large picture off my wall, broke my light switch, left my patio gate open and left white, soapy residue all over my tile floor, so much so that I had to get on my hands and knees and scrub the entire floor clean myself. Also when I called to speak to a manager and request a refund just for the tile portion, I was told a manager would call me back later that day, that was over a week ago. No call ever came and no refund for having to scrub my floor clean myself.
Our carpets looked great, our representative was wonderful! We are thrilled!
I gave an average rating because there is nothing special in particular about this service. We have had pretty much the same experience with other carpet cleaning companies for around the same cost. There's no reason I'd recommend Zero rez over any other company I have experience with.
Excellent, reliable service. Pleasant workers that do a great job. I've been using 0Rez products for over a dozen years. I appreciate that there are no chemicals involved in cleaning rugs, etc.
No chemicals or smell/fragrance. Technician did a fantastic job.
