Our experience was what I expected. What I scheduled wasn’t the same price as the final price, ended up $100 more for the same work. None of the promos translated although didn’t get a great reason why. Cleaning was fine, areas that didn’t seem like they got the same focus. I hate getting things like rug/tile cleaning because it’s never as advertised. Always a hassle and always more than advertised.

As I had to have another guy come & redo the carpet cleaning, I was disappointed. Creed did an excellent job, tho. Wish he had come first.

I liked what you did, but my bedroom tile was the newest I put down and it didn’t come as clean as the rest of it. I was kind of disappointed with that, but didn’t really say anything, but I wish that could’ve been done a little better other than that fantastic Thank you so much it just surprise me that the tile that was done the latest didn’t come out as good as the stuff that has been down forever all right thank you for that one

Mike was extremely knowledgeable with carpet care and cleaning. He took his time explaining different processes to be taken to remove a few pet stains from my new puppies. He was also training a new employee while at my house and was patient and thorough to him. I ended up adding the tile grout seal to my master bath floor and my white grout looks brand new again!

There is no chemical in the product, its water based and the carpet is deep cleaned left refreshed.

Service Technician was great! Unfortunately…the van that was used was leaking fluid (oil) on my driveway and I spent about an hour removing the stains. Unprofessional to service a resident/home utilizing a crappie vehicle.

I still see stains and from your advertisement the difference is not the same
