I felt is was a reasonable price for the service
The grout didn’t came out clean after I paid $189 .They send a different technician to re-do it and he said it wasn’t coming out clean because the urine can’t be removed. He stand in front of of toilet mimicking that he was urinating . So rude! There is not a men in the house , I ‘am the only person living here

Technician didn't really know answers to questions, he left a light/white stain on the carpet that is now hard and crunchy. I texted the chat to ask if it was bleach or to find out what it was so I knew how to clean it and never got a response. Tried to text again and they were closed and said they would get back to me.....never did. The radio hosts make this place seem amazing. It was everything BUT amazing. Super disappointed, will NEVER use again and will be sure to tell everyone the same. Crap work for 180.00 I'm thinking of disputing the payment with my bank.

Jonah was knowledgeable and understood our needs. My wife didn't get that I'd used Zerorez in the past, and would use them again. Now, she is a convert, lol. Cleaning the carpets is a task but Jonah took it on explaining what, and how, and why of the cleaning procedure. A job well done!

Then first time I used your services I was very happy. This cleaning was not done as well. The carpets were not pre-spotted before cleaning. The finished work does not look clean
