We have used zero red several times. This time we had a 8-10 inch pet spot in our bedroom. Now we have a 24 inch spot. However we are hoping as it continues to dry it will not be noticeable.

We were very satisfied with the results. Out carpet needs to be replaced but it’s not on the budget right now.

Don’t love that you charge 2-3x more for area rugs than carpets. It literally was no additional work. Technician wasn’t super helpful and i almost sent him away before he even started. Ended up cleaning much less than planned because I wanted him out of my house. Not his fault but couch and chair cushions needed to be dry cleaned. I didn’t know this was even a thing but had this been explained to me before the visit I would have had a different company come out and do the work rather than calling multiple companies. The couch and chair cushions were my biggest priority and they weren’t able to be cleaned.

Nothing was cleaned properly at all, very disappointed and need a refund. Waiting to hear from management.

My service guy showed up a little after 12:00 with a call to me ahead of his arrival. He showed up, surveyed his work to be done, got his equipment ready to go, and a little over an hour, he was done. The job looked fantastic and I was proud of the work done! I think his name is Ramone. He was friendly and clean looking. If he is with Wolfgang's a year from now, I will ask for him! You have another well satisfied customer.
