The carpet did not look clean.
Chris is very detail oriented and provided a great service.
None of our stains came out or even looked to be somewhat treated. I have photos showing no pre gross made on any of them. Really didn’t notice a before or after difference. Not very please given the price we paid

On time and didn't take a long time. He was professional and took the time to explain how zerorez works. Also called me in to see the difference between before and after. I was amazed. I would definitely use your company again.
Tech did great job, knew what he was doing.
He was very courteous and went over each space thoroughly. Somehow we both missed a stain in middle of one room but it was blindingly sunny. Was done quickly and dried by the end of the day using standing fans. We did not do scorch guard but he asked, though it wasn’t pushed like previously. No chemical smell.

Great service with all contact points -- from initial phone call to finished cleaning. A wonderful group of employees. Carpets are A#1. I've been using Zerorez on a yearly basis for years and find them so much better than other services. No residue!!!

Technician was not honest about the price of add ons.
It was easy to schedule an appointment at the day/time best for me. Received reminder emails and text. The tech was on time and called ahead with his estimated time of arrival. Very pleasant. Also very easy to pay and sign up for a year reminder
Outstanding job by the tech. Floors have not been deep cleaned for 3 years due to various reasons. Two rooms for carpeting plus 3 room of ceramic tile were cleaned. The job tool close to three hours but all the flooring looks new (the carpet is 22 yrs old).

It was a little more expensive than I thought perhaps because when scheduling it I didn't understand about all the add ones. Otherwise the worker was very professional, told me what steps were being done and an approximate time frame. The work was excellent and my old old tile looks great again.
I was very disappointed in the results. There were stains that I felt would have been clean after the service but they weren't. Even stains where no carpet cleaner was used on them at all were still there after the service.
Our technician Michelle was amazing and the carpets came out looking like brand new!
Most often your service representatives are thorough and do a good job. The phone customer service personnel are less than professional. You do not seem to show appreciation for repeat clients,
