Your technician Michelle was terrific. She explained everything, did not try to sell services that were not needed. She took time to get stains removed and did not rush to finish the job. The results are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about ZeroRez. 1000% satisfied!!

This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by ZeroRez. I am very happy with their knowledgeable technicians and the results I get from their thorough service. The reason I only gave them a 9 was they were late on my appt time. My appt was 8 to 11 on a Friday morning. The technician was delayed at a previous appt and didn't arrive until 2pm. No one called to let me know of this delay. and even after I called them, they seemed unaware of this problem!!

I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning that Colten did for us he explained everything before and after the job, he is very customer focused as well. I also like the fact that no strong chemicals are used, I was very pleased.

I had a coupon for $119 for 3 rooms, so I paid the $119 but when I saw my invoice after they left, there was a three room special for $99 dollars and they added one room for $20 to make the invoice $119. If they had a three room special, why didn't they offer that to me?

We have used ZeroRez carpet and tile cleaning services at four different private residences and continue to tell our friends about the excellent results. The most recent home to be cleaned belongs to friends who had to vacate quickly in order to secure their preferred space in a new location. The traffic patterns in their light-colored carpeting in six carpeted rooms were virtually black from years of foot traffic. Ryan focused on those areas and the whole-house overall results were very good! I am pleased to continue to recommend ZeroRez.
