Always on time. Technicians are personable and communicate well
After my carpets dried, they were "crunchy" and had several spots (looked like dried water spots) - I borrowed a neighbors rug cleaning machine and went over the worst spots and they came out, along with a lot of dark water (I assume it was left over dirt).
I have taken care of the main issues, but next time, don't be in such a hurry and spend a little more time cleaning the carpets and rinse the carpets more thoroughly.
In terms of making things right, not much you can do unless you want to redue the carpets. I'll give Zerorez one more try the next time I need the carpets cleaned - we will see how that ends up and go from there.

Really don’t see an appreciable difference in cleanliness in most spaces. Service technician was great, timely and helpful. That said, there are clearly locations where your machine wasn’t able to go flush with edging or flush with bed sides. I can see lines where the machine stopped but the dirt in the carpeting did not. I also do not like getting upsold to what essentially doubled the price. If I had impeccably cleaned carpeting perhaps the upscale would not be a problem. I will not chose zerorez again.
Everything about the process was fantastic from the scheduling; to the prices, to the work itself. Our technician was super professional and did a great job. the floor and carpet look like they did when we moved in 4 years ago.

When I called to set up my annual cleaning of two bedrooms, my quote was over $200. Furniture was not moved out of the bedroom so the amount of carpet being cleaned was minimal. I felt this quote was extremely high and was able to negotiate it down to $166.50 which I felt was still ridiculous for the amount of carpet being cleaned and the condition of the carpet was spotless. To keep my carpet warranty intact, I had you clean it. The following day, I received a coupon in the mail for 3 rooms for $129. I also have heard advertisements on the radio for $35 per room since my cleaning. The technician was great but the cost was completely unfair. You know what?The right thing is to do. We will see if you take action

The technicians seemed to do a great job and were so respectful and tidy. I was nervous to deal with having my ducts cleaned but they made the process easy and I’m very relieved.

You did a great job in cleaning our carpet but to clean a area rug you wanted $400 (Are you nuts) and take to a place that specialize in cleaning it then he came down on the price and cleaned for around $100

I like that my carpets get a great clean that dries quickly, and is safe for pets and kids, without the use of harsh chemicals that leave the carpets feeling dry and crunchy and leave a residual smell. It is safe to walk on barefoot or in socks, even while still wet, so I don’t have to vacate my home or refrain from moving about while it dries. The pet urine treatment extracts the crystallized urine out of the pad, not just the surface of the carpet, for a sanitized clean. The upholstery cleaning extends the life of my furniture, and the area rug cleaning revives the vibrancy of the colors of my rug.
