Worst job I’ve ever had from your company. Carpets weren’t as clean as usual and the tile cleaning has me having to redo it myself. I’m moving out and thought I would get the normal job I’ve purchased several times and I’m so unsatisfied. My tech was a nice guy but did a poor job. I even tipped him $80 after for his time. I’m very unhappy for the first time with your company

Took a shot to see how well the carpets could be cleaned. Results were not what was hoped.

I was hoping Zerorez could clean the carpets better than steam cleaning, but that was not the case. The carpets are old, so that probably played a large factor.

Zach was awesome! He worked hard, answered all my questions, and did a great job!

The technician David, was the first person ever took is time to explain the order and why Zerorez was so much different from other companies. He was so pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable about his job. David really care about his job and wanted to do the best job possible. Thank you, David!.
