Great service, great process, great team. Would give a 9 but the question changes. The remaining smell from the cleaning solution is still lingering about 24 hours later. I would love an option to have a non-scented product. The current one unfortunately is triggering headaches.

TheZerorez treatment does a really good job removing stains from my carpet. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was polite, considerate, and informative. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. He cleaned the carpets in 3 rooms. This is the second time we have accessed their service.
Carpets are very clean after they finish. The technician may recommend added treatments like deodorizing for pets, but it is never a hard sales approach. They accept a decline for the add-on without pressure. The last time, he didn’t even recommend something in addition to the three room special because we had lost the pet that had accidents. They are always on time and very thorough and efficient.
Fast and effective service. They got carpets that were severely dirty and stained clean and the carpets dried within 8 hours

The quality of service
Both techs were great and cleaned up after the job.
I have used zerorez for a long time now and they are consistently excellent. Always on time, great with communication and straightforward with pricing. My carpets look great when they have finished, even after puppies and toddlers they seem to be able to get them nice and clean. My favorite part is that there are no added fragrances, and the carpet is never crispy when they are finished.

Used you folks before, through my remodeling business, and appreciated the professionalism from the technician who serviced me. Although you apparently have a policy about moving furniture, I was a bit dismayed when requesting ( a little help ) to move a piece about 5 ft in order to create much more ease with their process. The Piece was much more awkward than it was heavy, in addition to my very recent surgery which disabled one of my arms... otherwise I would have easily moved it out of their way. Although your policy is understandable, under the conditions - some common courtesy would be in order. Instead, it created a little 'stink' to the overall experience.
Our tech Mario was great! He was on time, communicated the job clearly and was quick and efficient. He went above and beyond for us! 10 out of 10! Would recommend!
