I have used Zero Rez a few times, and I have always been impressed with both their service and the knowledge of their technicians. The techs who come to the home are professional, courteous, and clearly experienced, which gives me confidence that the job will be done right.
On my most recent visit, I pointed out a spot on the top of a swivel chair cushion that needed special attention due to natural body oils from contact with the head and neck area. Unfortunately, I did not notice that, that area did not appear to be addressed when the cleaning was completed, which was disappointing.
That said, based on my overall experiences with Zero Rez, I would still rate their service a 10 out of 10. Their technicians are knowledgeable, their customer service is excellent, and I will continue to use and recommend them.
Prices were reasonable and when they left everything was cleaned up. Highly recommended.
They always do a good job. We tell them what we want and they don't try to talk us into other things. The guy that di the work was very friendly and told us exactly what we wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We had an appointment window of 10am - 1pm and the technician arrived at 2:10pm which made us late for another appointment.

Products used left no smell, thoroughly cleaned and dried nicely - carpet still soft and hardware floor had no residue. Ryan was the best - hard working and came all the way to 4th floor with all that equipment. Kudos to Ryan for your work ethics, professionalism, kindness and great personality.

I have used Zerorez for many years now and have never been disappointed! They are prepared, know what they are doing and know how to handle whatever problem may come up. They take customer satisfaction seriously!
The service man who arrived failed to put corner guards where needed for the hoses. I had to ask him to put them in place after I realized the hoses were rubbing up against the corners of the wall. Also the rugs did not appear to be cleaned as well as previous visits. The upper rug still had visible stains.
Also, even though he put booties over his shoes, there were visible shoe marks on the stairs on upper LPV flooring. I believe this was caused by water seeping into the booties and then him walking all over. I actually had to mop up after his visit.
While the gentlemen was cordial and friendly, the level of service and clean fell short this visit. I have used you several times over the past few years and have always been extremely satisfied. This visit left me feeling "ehh". Not a horrible job but not the best.

You run a great service.
However, you need to be more clear about your pricing. I think it’s very difficult to guess what one will be paying before the serviceman shows up, especially on a bathroom that is very small, or a bedroom that has no more than a small strip to clean on carpet.
I think you should be a little more fair with your pricing if you want regular service returned.
I believe my technicians name was Anthony, he was absolutely great! He did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and explained what issues I was having and what I needed todo to keep my carpets looking good. Very polite and thorough, I would definitely tells others about the service.
