Your service technician was fabulous. He was so polite and worked to please us. He worked diligently on getting out the blood stain that happened 3 days earlier when I fell during the night and hit my head on the nightstand. The impact was very severe and started bleeding profusely right away before my husband could help me up to the bathroom tile floor. The technician was successful in getting all the blood stain out then finish cleaning the remainder of the master bedroom carpet. He did a fantastic job and I took a picture of the results and sent to my family members who had seen the blood stains previous to the cleaning. They remarked how awesome it looked! If we need carpets cleaned in the future we would definitely use your company and would request the same technician! We are very pleased with the results! Thank You! Claudette Minnis
