Service was good, long day for our tech but our floors look great.

I have used Zerorez several times. The techs are always polite and informative about the process. They also make recommendations that are helpful but not a hard sell. The carpets do not have a crunchy texture when they are done and tend to dry enough to walk on with socks in 4 hours.

Gave the information about what i wanted cleaned and the furniture size. Upon arrival the tech said it was a bigger couch and it was $100 more. After the 1st tech came nothing on the couch looked like it was cleaned. A second tech came out and cleaned it a little better, but there were still stains on the couch. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just would try a different company next time.

I think for me when you have furniture cleaned you need to do all sides of seat cushions. The tech just stowed his equipment that is used for furniture cleaning, I ask if he did both sides of the cushions and his response was they only do that when the customer requests it. I found that strange. He went out and brought back in and did the other side. And when all was done, he still only the front of the sides panels. Also I would have liked to see pretreatment of high traffic areas. Also every tech I’ve had in the past asked if I’d like the throw pillows cleaned. Missed a chance to make additional changes. My wife and I have been Zerorez customers for many years but I think I’ll call around next time

The grout still looks dirty in certain areas. The person I spoke with over the phone on the day of my appointment said tile & grout cleanings take approximately 2.5 hours. I was the last stop on the technician's route and the service lasted less than 1 hour. Also I am not sure if grout sealing is included for each customer, but I do not believe that was completed yesterday. I would appreciate it if a different technician came to inspect the quality of the work. This was my first time having this service performed by ZeroRez, and the result looks nothing like the before and after photos I saw on the website. Thank you

arrived early (with my permission), got to work right away. were polite, professional and competent. finished when promised and did not flinch when I had them correct a vent that was rattling.

Price was exactly as quoted. offered add-on services I accepted one and declined the other. no pressure whatsoever which was appreciated.

Trayvon and Jonathan did a very good job with our duct cleaning and explained the entire procedure before starting. They vacuumed up all the debris that landed on the floor before they left.

The downside was after adding 2 bathroom vents and a dryer vent cleaning, the price jumped from $424 to $624.

Trayvon also tried to sell us a air purification system for $1,500 and a lifetime filter, which I believe was an additional $100. Enough with on the upselling already!

I was charged 185 for less than 200sq ft. Second set of guys insisted my son put his credit card in their phone? First time they came out i pd through app the guy sent. Over 300 spent and they still didn't even do the panty. I asked for a call back and nothing. The room of carpet that was done, I went in after he left and cleaned the carpet for an hour!! that should not have had to happen.

Loved how clean my floor came out. My tile on the floor is 24 yrs old. I’ve had other companies clean my floor and they still looked like they needed to be clean. I ended up hiring Zerorez and I was totally shocked on how clean my floors came out. Colton who was the tech that came out did an amazing job and brought life back into my tile. He was able to get the dirt that was deep down into the groves of the tile. Colton was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I loved the amazing outcome after he was finished. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thank you Zerorez and Colton.

Nico did a phenomenal job! It’s take a minute to write this because I couldn’t find the email but it was in my junk folder. He did an amazing job! We had a not so great experience the last time and this time we cannot complain one bit. Our floors look brand new and we’ve been able to keep up with the carpets since he’s left and they are still immaculate! Will recommend him to anyone and I will be requesting him for all my flooring needs from Zerorez going further as long as he still works there. He was very professional, polite, and made us feel comfortable with a someone we didn’t know being in our home.

The service by the tech was GREAT! He was fast but not hurried. Your product cleaned the cat vomit and all the dirt was removed. We will definitely use your company again and, hopefully, we'll be able to have the same tech.

The carpets aren’t soaking wet when you’re done they look nice and they take out more stains

Collin did great work. He was friendly but focused. He took pride in the result. We’ve had other good experiences with ZeroRez.

My first appointment no one showed up, texted or called. Second appointment was nit with the technician I requested and was told he was available. Your scheduling department is not very good and there is a lack of communication between your technicians and your scheduling. Zerorez in my opinion got to big.

Cleans well. No residue. Only wished they didn’t require the furniture to be removed from the room. Getting hard to move the furniture as we age. Other companies move a couch and put it back on foam blocks. Be sure to buy extra water for spot cleaning. Best stuff ever.
