Great product, no Soap scum, carpet's come out clean and non- sticky !
I DON'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE DONE. IT TOOK LONGER FOR T HE CARPET TO DRY THEN WE EXPECTED. ONCE IT WAS DRY, EVERY STEP THAT WE TOOK WAS CRUNCHY. WE DID NOT EXPECT THAT.
