The service is excellent! Techs are punctual, obviously take pride in getting carpets clean, and we have never been surprised by up charges or add-ons. Really a class act company that we have used for years and will continue to use in the future .

I booked the Black Friday special online and it was not honored. I called customer service and they said I didn’t book the three rooms and hallway free for $119. I didn’t get the special I had booked. Very unhappy.
The two techs that showed up, Nick and Cody, were great. Answered all my questions. I never felt like they were rushing to get done, and move on to the next job. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly. I’m very pleased with the results.

When you do the shower package, is the tile on the walls supposed to be cleaned as well? If so, mine were not. There's still film on my tile
