I have a great experiences with the techs. I have had my ducts cleaned and the tech showed me on my phone what the ducts looked like before and after.

I do not have carpet, but the counter stools and dining room chairs came out beautifully

Your duct cleaning service people, Isaiah and ***? were the best. Proffesional, careful, and courteous. Your Rug Shampoo tech was also the best.
Your email communication is not very good. Data is out dated, the emails come spread across many pages, so if printed they are long, and if two services are scheduled, it is hard to seperate which is wich.
