Zerorez was great! We had a very sick dog, that destroyed our carpet overnight, and Zerorez came out the same day, and went to work! My carpet looks great, and they were so nice. Would highly recommend!

Employee doing carpet was professional in caring for my concerns, Very affable and was a pleasure having him in my home.

The person who came and did the cleaning did a good job. He was unable to completely remove the coffee stains. I would say he got 95% of it. Those stains have been there a very long time. It does look a lot better. I think we got a good cleaning for the price.
