My overall rating of a 9 is due to the price. I had to cut back on services due to the price.

There are no harsh chemicals used. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, especially Ted, who did my carpeting on Friday 8/9/24.

Adam worked very hard on my stairs. I appreciated his extra effort.

Devon and Anthony were wondertul to work with. They were thorough and non judgemental about our lack of consistent cleaning of our air ducts. They did not try to upsale products but gave appropriate information of things we may be able to use, then let us decide. I'm confident I will be able to follow their recommendations.Darryl was also very thorough with our carpet cleaning. I didn't know the carpets could look as good as they do. Stains are gone and they are beautiful to look at again.
