This is my second experience with Zerorez and I have been very impressed with both of the technicians that we had. they we diligent and quick with their work, they did a good job of offering additional services (Upselling) without being pushy, but by pointing out the benefits. They were very professional, and were unafraid to share their honest opinions about the work they were doing.

Techs are always good about communication, courteous, on time (during window) and knowledgeable about products and services. Take extra care with equipment and clean with protective gear worn. Love and will continue to use.

Service Technician Kieran was wonderful. He was a great communicator, very accommodating with moving furniture as needed, did a great job on some tough / dirty areas. He was quick clean & efficient. Very happy with the service, will request the same Tech in the future.

Brett who was our technician did an outstanding job. He treated our house as if it were his own. He put effort into cleaning each room. I would recommend him any day of the week. Thank you Brett for working hard to get each room of our home clean.

The service technician was professional. We still have a stain (plant saucer ran over and spilled dark water) on the carpet. My husband said the Technician pre-treated the spot, so I don't see any point in having him back if it was pretreated.

The carpet cleaning service was great. We had some bad, old stains from the prior owners that the two gentleman tried very hard to get out. Most of it was removed and looks way better. Great service!
