Client Testimonials

Manny was a great tech…answered all questions, did exactly as expected, was friendly and courteous. Carpeting looks great! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service from my technician, Alex. He did a phenomenal job—our couches truly look brand new again. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ and will have them come back soon to clean an area rug.

Nice to work with very professional company.

Dependable and quality service very happy.

Easy to set up appointments, efficient & quality work.

I am so thankful that we finally had Zerorez come out to clean our ducts! Thirty-five years in this house and twenty-two years of very hairy German "shedders" Shepherds made our vents clogged with debris. The guys were efficient, professional, and friendly. We had an excellent experience! (I just wish we hadn't waited so long to do this.)

fairly easy to schedule and techs are always nice and find me the best deal

Very kind and informative technician. He answered our questions and worked efficiently.

Quick and easy. Rep was very professional.

My wife said that they were great.

Carpet looks great and great communication with the technician.

This was our first time having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. It was great! Our technician was easy to talk with and did a great job. I lok forward to having them out again.

Larry was very professional and listened to what I needed to be cleaned. He had great attention to detail and was able to remove old cooking oil stains from a dog that had a bad experience with it. The service didn't take too long and he came earlier than expected.

Did a good job of cleaning my carpets.

No chemicals is the biggest plus. I have had several rugs cleaned and just this week a couch. The technician was friendly, prompt and did a wonderful job.

Our carpet looks and smells great. Art was very helpful and timely.

Your employees were prompt and professional. They should not wear shoes into our homes though! When coming in to look at the space they walked right into the carpet area with shoes on. Straight from outside to the carpet. I’ve had this happen at other carpet cleaning places as well. It boggles my mind. Coming to clean but wearing outside shoes on the carpet

Easy to schedule, friendly and thorough technicians (I’ve had 3), and the results have consistently been great. The price is reasonable, with promotions.

Emily our technician was fantastic! Carpet looks amazing 😀

The tech was available immediately and was able to remove a stain that without being removed would have necessitated new carpet

Zerorez's products and services were great. We appreciated the fast and friendly service.

Very professional and did a wonderful job !

The technician was very friendly explained how long it would take and what he would do because of a coffee spot that I had. He worked very quickly and efficiently.

Promptness of technicians and job well done.

I think his name was Alex but he did a great job with my carpet he was fast and efficient! If I ever need my carpet cleaned again I’ll ask for him specifically! Thanks!

Your guy was 15 minutes early, let me add on a hallway at the last minute and left my house looking and smelling great.

Professionalism and quality of work

Always happy with the clean carpets after the cleaning.

The service tech called ahead and asked if he could come early. Showed up early, gave a GREAT consultation about what he could do to remove the pet stains and smells. When he was done the carpets we were considering have replaced looked and smelled like new.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great company, Great results!

Thanks again,

Brett
