The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They were also efficient. The vent / duct cleaning seems to have had an effect. Don’t know the volume of dust and whatnot they removed, but our vents definitely have more airflow now.
Easy to schedule around our schedule. Cost is reasonable. We like that zerorez can bring in an all-in-one unit into our apartment. Most companies need to use a truck based system. We have used Zerorez for years and always been pleased with their work.
