I was disappointed by the loud noise the process made- I realize this is not the operator's fault- just the machines/truck doing their job. Nate was great- he did a really good job and was a pleasure to work with.

The thing I liked about your cleaning service (other than the excellent cleaning job) was that there was no heavy chemical cleaning solution smell. The carpet smelled clean, fresh and like citrus. Nick was very professional and helpful with continued care of the carpeting. Thank you for an excellent product.

that no soap is used. one thing i DIDN'T like was that there was a Environmental fee added to my bill of 14.00 that i was NEVER told about. I feel that this should be told when making an appointment.

No shampoo and the quick drying time.

I loved the technician as he was very professional and honest. He took time to listen to my concerns and help figure out where the pet problem areas were located in our new house. The carpets were beautiful after being cleaned and there was not any noticable odors to contend with. We haven't moved in yet but I don't forsee any allergy problems for the kids.

I like the idea of less chemicals. I was very satisfied with the results. I also had some rv upholstery and mattresses cleaned, and thought they looked great. The people who did the work were very thorough and personable. I did, however, think to total bill was a bit too expensive, and would possibly consider price shopping next time.

I liked that the serviceman was prompt, easy to talk to, worked very fast. No mess was left. He wore booties to keep things
clean which was great. AND the carpet looked wonderful. Very clean.

It is what is claims. No left over residue and the carpet is clean. Zerorez was able to remove a "red" juice stain from the carpet that had been there for a while. Very professional techs.

The technicians are courteous and efficient. There is no odor, and the rugs dry relatively quickly. Our carpets look a lot better!
