Thanks for finally removing te pet odor and urine out o our carpet. We were jut about to replace our carpet, but no need. Zerrez was the first carpet cleaners i have actually seen get down and smell the carpet several times to ensure the odor is gone! love it and thanks again!

Technician was prompt, professional, asked if I had any questions. Carpets looked great after cleaning and they hadn't been cleaned for 7 years. Just remember when having ducts cleaned, they cleaned all the ducts in the house...not just the ducts in the rooms where carpet was cleaned.

Your cleaning process without using soap products is impressive. My experience with other carpet cleaning processes is that stains seem to reappear quickly and traffic areas appear dirty quickly. This is not the case with Zerorez. The service personnel were very friendly and honest. We wanted two chairs and a sofa cleaned due to wine stains. The service personnel informed me that the fabric on our furniture would possibly darken due to the cleaning process and advised that we consult the makers of the furniture for the best cleaning solution. The service personnel was more concerned for our furniture than making a few extra dollars. I appreciate that honesty. Thanks Zerorez.
