I felt the carpet was much cleaner than when we have had other company's come out to do it. It was fast, and i didnt feel like the carpet was soaked, Dried very quickly. My neighbor across the street stopped Chris and asked him to do his living room and Chris did it right on the spot, now they are calling to have the rest of their house cleaned!
