Carpet looks great, and it was easy to schedule the service. Technician called ahead of arrival and arrived on time!! No mess in my house, and technician was careful with hoses at all times. He explained the process to me, and he answered all my questions. I've never had my carpets cleaned before, but I already want to book Zerorez to come back and do my upstairs now!

I already have recommended you to my work mates! Watching Joseph clean my livingroom carpet was like watching someone use an eraser on my floor. I had tried to clean the pathways myself without much success. When Joseph "vacuumed" back and forth, the brown disappeared and the white came back immediately. He got out dog stains immediately that I had scrubbed over and over with no luck. He cleaned the tile in the entry way, and the grout came back as the light grey it was supposed to be. Livingroom, family room, hallyway, in under an hour. I was skeptical, having used other services before, but I am 100% SOLD on Zerorez now. And as an added bonus, the carpets dried quickly and did not leave behind a chemical smell.
Also, Jospeh is a very nice, very professional guy who is all about customer satisfaction. If all of your technicians are like him, you guys are way ahead of anyone else out there. I will definately be recommending Zerorez, and I will be a repeat customer!

That you have a product that is safe for the environment and our household. Our pets have suffered from skin irritation with other carpet cleaning companies and so far our pets haven't had irritation with Zerorez carpet cleaning .

I like the idea that you don't use any soaps or anything that will leave a dirt attracting residue. When you cleaned the carpets of a house we recently purchased, so many dirty spots came clean - spots I thought would never come out. One room was so bad I thought we'd have to replace the carpet, but after you cleaned it, it looked like brand new! The technicians were really nice and respectful, and walked us through the process. The actual cleaning was done quickly too. Great experience all around! Thanks
