You did exactly what you said--reminder calls, call from incoming tech, etc. The techs were friendly, professional and quick. My stinky carpet smelled like NOTHING AT ALL when they were done. There were some areas of discoloration that remained, but the carpet has been notoriously difficult with staining.

We love the way our carpets feel after they have been cleaned by your company. Because you guys don't use soaps in your water, our carpets are never crunchy and the stairs are never slippery. Great service at a fair price.

My very dirty carpeting not only smelled clean, it WAS clean when the technician was finished. I quit using so-called "professional" carpet cleaners for several years because after the carpet was dry, I could still see dirty areas. I knew that if I cleaned it myself, I would be more satisfied with the outcome and I always was. However, due to time constraints, I decided to give Zerorez a try and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised and I'm sure I'll use Zerorez services again in the future.
