Our carpets look cleaner than they ever had with other carpet cleaners. Nick Tchida was our technician. He did a great job, explained what he was doing and how Zerorez works. We really appreciated his friendliness and his good job. It was a hot day and he worked hard.
The carpet seems really clean - no residue. Our living room/dining room is all one room (and not very big) but we were charged extra for the dining room. That seems very odd, but maybe not unexpected. We had a feeling the promo price would not be the total cost. The $30 for taxes and "environmental" fees are an irritant. Other than these comments, we are very pleased and have already recommended your services.

I can't believe what a difference it made. There was no bad smell in the house, it dried quickly. The gentlemen that did the work answered all my questions and I ended up not only having my carpeting done but the furniture as well. Some times I'm a little afraid to have service men in my home but your employees seemed like family. I'm sure glad that I listened to Mr. Hines on the radio. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My entire home is beautiful and ready for company.
