I liked the citrus scent and the way the carpets were cleaned not adding any additional chemicals. The technician was friendly, helpful and answered my questions regarding the spots he was treating and the type of cleaning he would be doing.

My carpet has never looked better! The technician was able to get out stains and dirt that I thought were embedded forever. My husband is thrilled - now we won't need new carpet for at least two years.

I like the no chemicals that will attract even more soil to be attracted to the carpeting. I liked how the service tech was careful in sizing the work and gave suggestions on how we might package certain pet treatment areas and certain rooms for cleaning as traffic areas where he did not move bed etc.. Had the knowledge and was fair with the pricing.

The professionalism of the service man. He explained everything we needed to know. He mentioned that if they didn't get the urine smell of our cat out of the carpet, that he would come back and give it another application. The smell is still there. I thought I should let you know. our carpet was cleaner than any other service we have used it is old and dirty and this is going to be the last cleaning before new carpet looks great to get us through to the new carpet

The visit was a re-do on a couple of things. Frank did a great job! He re-cleaned a set of stairs and I don't think they've looked that good in the 12 years that I've been here.

I like the results of the pet deodorizer.

I do think that you are extremely expensive, and although you are good and I would recommend you to a friend. I will also warn them of the high price.
