It is clean & refreshing. Does not smell when finished. Techs are on time & do a good job. We had a spot that we were not satisfied with how it looked & he went over it again to clean it to our satisfaction.

The service is very good. Questions are answered when asked, promptly. I asked that a serviceperson come out and look at a couple of stains that were not taken out at the time of cleaning, and that matter was taken care of quickly. The product that is used to clean the carpets has a very refreshing odor. Zerorez employees that have been out to our home are very polite, and I especially like that they put covers on their shoes. I also like that the receptionist is very friendly and polite, and takes care of matters in due time.

There is no residue left after the cleaning process and the carpet tech was very knowledgable about the product and carpet.
I like that you don't use chemicals. There was really no residue! And my whole house smells wonderful because of the clean carpet and charged water that you use.
Your cleaner Rep. Rob was VERY patient when he arrived: an electrician [who had arrived two days late] was working the the very rooms that were on Rob's schedule, and Rob worked around him with patience. I appreciated the way Rob handled that!

The carpet is clean but that is your job! The price is outrageous for the service. Your technician should never ask the customer if they want items of furniture moved. At your price it should automatically done. I think it is unconscionable to ask your client to be sure and vacuum their carpet just before you come. K. Last name removed
They were able to come the next day and when they got there, they were fast, efficient and the carpet looked and smelled so much better. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Overall good job. Very organized, took care of the spots on the carpet and left the carpet looking as new as it could considering the carpet is 8 years old and has a few wear areas.
