THE SERVICE IS WELL EXPLAINED. THE PRICING SEEMS EXPENSIVE, BUT IN THE END THE CARPET IS ALMOST LIKE NEW. I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT. PLUS ZEROREZ LEAVES ME A CLEANING SOLUTION TO USE TO KEEP THE CARPET LOOKING AND SMELLING CLEAN.
The technician was prompt and worked efficiently. The stairs still retained the odor from the accident" our dog made. So, the techinician returned within the week and re-did the stairs!
