The technician was VERY professional and did an AWESOME job cleaning our carpets. Our carpets had stains on them going back roughly 4 years and Zerorez removed the stains!

Because of his dedication that alone would want me to recommend your company. I loved that your product was "green". My carpets and furniture look great and feel good to look at, walk on and sit on. I really loved the way my carpets turned out, very good job! However, they failed to let me know of the $60 per room charge for pet stains. That would have been good to know ahead of time.

I LOVE THAT IT IS CHEM FREE!! Great customer service. We had a room that they didn't do because of extensive cat urine, which impressed me. I also was so thankful for the bottle of zero-stink, which really did help a lot. And free refills of that is another great benefit! Thank you very much!

I was very impressed with Zerorez. We have an 13 yar old lab that has been having accidents and was afraid we were goign to have to get new carpets. Not only did they get the spots out, the carpet looks brand new again. I have asthma and everytime we have gotten the carpets cleaned in the past I have had trouble with the chemicals. I will defintiely use Zerorez again. He was great, friendly and expalined everythign he was doing.
