I had given up on my stairway ever being clean again but I had Zerorez clean it anyway when they came to do 3 other rooms.
Miracle may be too strong a word, but it was amazing how clean they got it.
As it turned out, my daughter called two weeks later and asked to have her wedding at our home on Christmas eve. I would have had to have the carpet replaced in days, but instead, it looked great. I also found that the puppy I got just about that time will probably never be potty trained(cute little brat) so I had zerorez come again for that. My husband had gotten a coupon from someone else so they had been out but not very successful.
Zerorez did a much better job than I ever expected two days after the other cleaners and now the smell is gone too.
I have recommended Zerorez to everyone, if the topic comes up.
