I liked the professionalism - I liked the care taken in bringing equipment thru my home and over the wood floors. I liked my on time service - I liked being ASKED if there were any areas I was not satisfied with and not feeling bad when I asked for a "redo" in a couple of spots. John was very professional, thorough, and did a great job. Carpets don't look like new, but the next thing to it. And some are 11 years old. He used shoe covers from the minute he stepped in the door until he left, was careful of our woodwork and hardwood. Was very efficient and explained everything.

I liked everything about it - the scent, or lack thereof, the fact that it wasn't "crunchy" when it was dry, and most amazingly, the tech got out two HUGE graphite (oily looking) stains from under the recliners. It's totally everything the commercial on 'CCO says it is. I have, in fact, recommended Zerorez to 4 friends and coworkers. I will for sure use Zerorez again. I was impressed!

Our carpets had a couple years of stains as we have an older dog that is lacking some control and the service professional did a great job of really getting it all clean! The service professional also came right on time and was done in an hour. I've recently heard feedback from a couple friends who had their carpets cleaned and not real happy with the results so I told them about my experience. The carpets also dried pretty fast. Our carpets look practically new again. Very satisfied and will definitely call again!

Zerorez is the first carpet cleaning service I have used that cleaned our carpet like I feel it should be cleaned. We recommended your service to our friends at 28th and Quebec in St Louis Park and they had you do their carpet and was also very satisfied.
