Joshua was great! He was professional, did a fantastic job of explaining the process and recommending services as well as the spot removal kit. He was very knowledgeable. Both guys were good with our dog and made sure to pet and talk to him. Our carpets look super- they are clean and fluffy again! I will definitely have Joshua come back in the future.

I was impressed with how clean the guys got my carpet! Not every stain came completely out because they were old, unknown origin stains. However, they did a great job of getting them as clean as possible. My carpet,room and stairs smell and looks much fresher and I know there is no soap residue left behind. They did a great job! Carpet looks great, got out 3 stains. They walked through the house with me so we could discuss some areas I was concerned about and they were very professional. I did think the 3 hour window given for their arrival could have been addressed earlier in the day. They were 30 minutes late, which is not a huge deal, but when you have been waiting to hear from them for 3 hours already, it becomes a bigger deal. If they were not going arrive during the window, I would have loved to have gotten a call letting me know, I would have been able to leave the house for a little bit. Still happy to have used them though!

After having Zerorez clean two rooms and stairs, I had to call them backon an emergency basis to clean two areas soiled accidentally by family. The first job to do general cleaning of carpet was done very well and we were very pleased. The "rescue" squad for the two spots did an outstanding job of treating the damages and also explaining what they were about. Thank you Zerorez.

Liked professionalism and clean appearance of Steve. Most of the carpet cleaned well with the exception of where office chairs we located in the house. The carpet remained very dark and stained. The carpet did take several days to dry even with low relative humidity.
