The carpets were not soaking wet and once they were dry they didnt' feel stiff or sticky like they can if chemicals are used. I like that it was pet friendly.

First of all, the technician explained what he was doing step by step which I appreciated. I was hosting a bridal shower the following weekend and wanted the house as clean as could be. It was not only clean, the carpeting (and house) had a clean, citrus scent - very fresh.
