The technician was very friendly and very professional. The cleaning products are all natural and smell fresh and clean. The technician was on his hand and knees trying to get unknown stains out of our white carpet (and he got 99% of them out). This is the second time we have called on them and they have come through both times.

Products seem to work well. No lingering odor. Carpets were damp,longer than I was told, but I think it was the stairwell that were damp longer. Once I placed a fan on and around the area that seemed to help. Tech was very polite and professional. Knew the products and explained the cleaning technique well. Did a great job. The carpets really look good.

Carpets look and smell great, the associate that cleaned my carpets was on time, courteous, wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished product. He did not try to "brow beat" me into add on services. He also was careful with my furniture.

He forgot one of the orange corner protectors. I have it sitting outside the garage door. It is in plain sight on top of my hose winder. Please pick it up anytime within the next week or I will have to discard it.
