The sales representative I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in explaining the services and related fees. The fees were very competitive compared to other places I called. The carpet technician was prompt, completed all services (cleaned and stretched carpets) in a timely manner, was friendly, and the end results looked great. The fees charged by the technician were the same as those quoted to me by the sales representative. I have already recommended your company to a friend and will definately use your services again in the future.

Our carpet is in the middle of its life span. I was worried it would have to be replaced soon. But I was pleasantly surprised how clean it looks now. Maybe we can have our carpet around for another couple of years! And of course,no chemical residue is a huge plus!

You were very up front with your prices and didn't try to change them. I also requested a certain day and your were able to make that work for me. You also did a good job in keeping me informed of any changes on the time that you would be arriving. The person that came out and cleaned the carpet was professional and courteous.
