The techniction was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about his product. he expalined what he was doing and did his work efficently and without delay.
The only draw back is, we have a carpet edge that did not clean to our satisfaction, it did not come to our attention until the carpet had dried, the tech. did give it an extra effortwhen doing his job.
If possible we would like Zerorez to try this spot again.

I like the way the cleaner Joseph explained what he was going to do to get my white carpet clean and what may be a lasting stain. He worked extremely hard on my carpeting and was extremely polite. He is an excellent representative of your organization. Also the young man that assisted him was also very nice and both wasted no time in getting the job done.
