We were very pleased with our service. I'm embarrassed that I can't remember our carpet guy's name. He definitely works to go the extra mile for his customers. He was very aware of doing everything possible to take care of our needs. We asked him to try again to get out a few stains and he immediately went to work on those til he had removed them fully. He left us with absolutely no reasons to give anything but top ratings! Please pay this guy well so he stays on board for you. I don't think he will disappoint you!

First of all the clean, fresh smell and secondly the great job it does of cleaning!

Gentleman was here on time, which is very important. He explained how he was going to clean and told me of any problem areas. Carpet looks great and I will be using Zerorez the next time my carpets are ready for cleaning.

Pricing is a little high compared to others, but both times I have tried zerorez i have been very happy with the clean results of my carpet. Also the employees have been extremely professional.
