I have heard many good things about zerorez on the radio as well as from friends. I decided to give it a try, and was VERY impressed. The service technician was friendly and worked very hard. He was able to get out stains that I never thought would come out! Zerorez is worth every penny spent, and I will continue to be a customer and refer them to my friends and family!

I was able to schedule the date and time that I wanted. Rey, my cleaner, was professional, polite, and prompt. He called when he was leaving his previous job, and he was very efficient once he started. Rey explained everything and made sure that moving his truck into the driveway, leaving the door ajar for hoses was okay with me. He assured me of the safety of the procedure and that Zerorez is chemical free. Rey offered other services, but there was no pressure to add to my original order. Very refreshing! Oh, and my carpets look great--especially the stairs! Thank you!
